Job Responsibilities

• Ensure extract, transform, and load (ETL) jobs are run as scheduled.
• Maintain issues log and compile delta reports for ETL gaps and discrepancies, liaising with EPCs, IM Leads, Discipline, or Business Leads.
• Run extracts from AVEVA for additional KPI/reporting needs not covered in AVEVA AIM.
• Prepare data extracts from EPCs, EDTs, and other systems to support automated loading into tools like SAP, HSC, etc.
• Oversee the handover of latest drawings, comparing with datasets delivered by projects and MOCS.
• Recommend solutions for AVEVA AIM integrations with other systems.
• Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshooting for AVEVA AIM, including PowerBI reporting, escalating as needed.
• Author and maintain AVEVA AIM training content for new and power users on SharePoint.
• Generate KPIs and QA reports for asset or project data in AVEVA AIM.
• Respond to user feedback, change requests, and enhancements.
• Provide usability feedback to improve system navigation, search, and asset information access.

Work Experience & Skills

• Experience with engineering business processes and lifecycle risks/opportunities.
• Familiarity with IM data and document management in projects and operations.
• Knowledge of industry standards, Aconex, EDT, AVEVA AIM Load processes, and tools.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years in data control and engineering data warehousing on assets.
• Experience in data analytics and understanding of database/data structures.
• Proficiency with IM tools supporting ETL (SQL, C+, APIs).
• Skilled in metrics reporting, e.g., PowerBI.
• Understanding cross-discipline engineering data terminology and requirements.
• Ability to plan, implement, test, document, and troubleshoot system integrations or upgrades.
