Job summary

AVEVA in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an AIM Consultant to join the Delivery Team. The role involves implementing projects in Information Management / Digital twin domain and delivering software solutions using AVEVA AIM or similar platforms.

You will configure projects, train key users, communicate with customers to map business processes, and handle system integration and legacy data migration. A hybrid working model applies, with on-site collaboration expected about half the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience implementing information management solutions for plant operation and EPC.
• Experience with AVEVA AIM or similar tech.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and PowerShell.

Job Summary

Looking for AIM Consultant to join Delivery Team in AVEVA , India.

You will be involved in implementing projects in Information Management / Digital twin domain for customers.

AIM Consultant is responsible for working as part of a team that delivers and supports software implementations, which meet our customers requirements using AVEVA AIM (Asset Information Management) or any other similar software.

Responsibilities

• Configure projects in Information management / AIM
• Training of key users
• Customer Interaction to understand their business processes
• System integration to 3rd party systems or other in-house system
• Migration of legacy data

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Masters / Bachelors degree either in Computer Sciences or Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of information management solutions to plant operation (OO) and engineering design companies (EPC)
• Conduct User Acceptance test
• Proven experience of AVEVA products, primarily in AVEVA AIM or similar technologies
• Demonstrates a sound background in several of the following: C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, XML, PowerShell, SQL, SSRS/SSIS, MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of CAD file formats such as PDMS/DGN/DWG/PDS/SmartPlant authoring Apps would be an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrates sound presentation skills, creates concise and clear documentation.
• Knowledge about basic Network, Windows Server, Cloud, DB, Oracle, SQL server etc.

Hybrid working

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. Some positions are fully office-based depending on the nature of the work, and certain roles that support specific customers or markets may be remote. The working arrangement for this position will be confirmed during the hiring process.
