Tata Consultancy Services Limited in India is seeking an experienced architect to design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop solutions for enterprise environments. You will develop EUC strategies, establish standards, and drive secure, scalable VDI architectures on Azure.

The role includes defining HA/DR, migration roadmaps, reference architectures, and deployment blueprints for large customers, plus leading governance and mentoring EUC teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions for enterprise environments.
• Develop end-user computing (EUC) strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Architect scalable and secure virtual desktop infrastructures on Azure.
• Define high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for AVD environments.
• Assess existing VDI environments and create migration roadmaps to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Develop reference architectures and deployment blueprints for enterprise customers.
• Design host pool strategies, session management, profile management, and workspace configurations.
• Optimize virtual desktop performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Design image management and application delivery solutions.
• Ensure cost optimization through Azure resource planning and capacity management.
• Support enterprise desktop modernization initiatives.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles for virtual desktop environments.
• Design access control, authentication, and Conditional Access policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, and security monitoring solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical governance activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to EUC and cloud engineering teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions for enterprise environments.

Security & Compliance
