Job summary

REJUVENT GREENTECH in Chennai is seeking an AV Project Engineer – Solutions & Implementation to design, implement and validate AV systems for complex rooms. You will lead site surveys, prepare diagrams and BOMs, select the right equipment, and ensure seamless integration with video conferencing platforms.

The role requires hands-on installation, configuration, commissioning, UAT and handover to customers, plus travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AV solutions and video conferencing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Logitech Room Solutions.
• Experience with Logitech Rally Bar, Tap/IP, Mic Pods.
• Site survey, solution design, diagram and BOM experience required.
• Ability to install, configure, commission, and handover (UAT).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).

Responsibilities

• Lead AV solution design and BOM preparation.
• Perform site surveys and create AV diagrams.
• Install, configure, commission and handover at client sites.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing systems and network issues.
• Collaborate with customers and travel to sites as needed.

AV Project Engineer – Solutions & Implementation | Chennai

We are looking for an experienced AV Solution Technical Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in AV solutions, video conferencing, solution design and implementation.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AV Solutions & Video Conferencing Systems
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Logitech Room Solutions
• Experience with Logitech Rally Bar, Tap/Tap IP, Mic Pods
• Knowledge of QSC / Q-SYS, DSP, audio routing & troubleshooting
• Site Survey & AV Solution Design – Mandatory
• AV Diagram / System Design – Mandatory
• BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation – Mandatory
• Strong product & technology knowledge for selecting the right AV solution
• Experience in installation, configuration, commissioning, UAT and handover
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, PoE and networking
• Strong customer‑facing and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required

Important: Candidates with only AV installation/support experience and no site survey, solution design, diagram and BOM experience will not be considered.
