Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AUTOSAR BSW integration activities and ASW-BSW integration.
• Develop RTE layer code generation rules and configure RTE.
• Provide guidance and training for RTE and SWC configuration.
• Perform RTE layer testing and verification.
• Plan and track software development activities to milestones.

Sr. Tech Lead – AUTOSAR BSW Integration Expert (OS, Memory, COM, Diagnostics, RTE)

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tech Lead – AUTOSAR BSW Integration Expert with strong hands‑on expertise in AUTOSAR BSW Integration, OS, Memory, COM, Diagnostics, RTE, Embedded C, and AUTOSAR architecture for automotive embedded software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AUTOSAR BSW integration activities and integration of ASW with BSW, develop RTE layer code generation rules based on AUTOSAR architecture and design requirements, implement RTE configurations and generate RTE files, provide guidance, training, and technical support for RTE and SWC configuration, perform RTE layer software testing and verification, support NVM block implementation, map ASW SWCs to required OS partitions core-wise, and plan and track software development activities according to project milestones.

Required Skills:

Strong hands‑on experience in AUTOSAR BSW integration, good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, and hands‑on knowledge of modules such as OS, MPU, NVM, IOHW, COM, Diagnostics, and RTE. Strong experience in Embedded C, AUTOSAR ports and interfaces, RTE configuration and code generation, NVM block implementation, and integration of ASW with BSW. Good understanding of linker configuration, MemMap.h files, OS modules, and multi‑core OS partition mapping.

ETAS ISOLAR (added advantage), EB tresos, CANoe, CANalyzer, TRACE32 (Lauterbach), Hi-Tech Compiler, GIT, SVN, ALM, Embedded C, AUTOSAR BSW & RTE

Hands‑on experience with 32‑bit microcontrollers, preferably Infineon AURIX, strong knowledge of software development processes, quality management and metrics, change and configuration management processes, and experience working on automotive embedded software programs.
