Qualifications

• Proven AUTOSAR Classic architecture knowledge (RTE, BSW, MCAL, ECU abstraction).
• Experience in BSW configuration and debugging.
• Knowledge of CANoe/CANalyzer and Lauterbach debugger tools.

Responsibilities

• Debug and analyse issues in AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW).
• Investigate integration findings from development, testing, and vehicle validation phases.
• Troubleshoot CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/Ethernet communication stack issues.
• Analyse and debug modules like COM, PduR, CanIf, CanSM, CanNm, DCM, DEM, NvM, EcuM, BswM, WdgM, OS, MCAL.

AUTOSAR Classic BSW Engineer

Join our cutting-edge team as an AUTOSAR Classic BSW Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in the development and integration of automotive software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AUTOSAR Classic Architecture and hands‑on experience with BSW configurations and debugging. You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues within our vehicle's basic software, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance. Ideal candidates will have a passion for automotive software development and a proven track record of contributing to high-quality, reliable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug and analyse issues in AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW).
• Investigate integration findings from development, testing, and vehicle validation phases.
• Troubleshoot communication stack issues (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet).
• Analyse and debug modules such as COM, PduR, CanIf, CanSM, CanNm, DCM, DEM, NvM, EcuM, BswM, WdgM, OS, and MCAL interactions.
• Perform root cause analysis using trace and debugging tools.
• Support ECU integration and configuration activities.
• Collaborate with application, integration, and validation teams to close defects.

Qualification Criteria

• Proven experience in AUTOSAR Classic Architecture knowledge (RTE, BSW, MCAL, ECU abstraction layers).
• Experience in BSW configuration and debugging.
• Experience in XCP, XETK.
• Knowledge of CANoe/CANalyzer, debugger tools (Lauterbach).
• Understanding of diagnostics (UDS, DCM, DEM).
• Embedded C and microcontroller debugging experience.
• Automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
