Job summary

Nova Robotics is seeking a candidate to join the autonomy team, focusing on developing guidance, navigation, and control systems for autonomous flight. You will contribute to estimation, planning, and control by turning sensor data into robust flight decisions.

You will implement GNC algorithms, work on path planning, and validate solutions in simulation and on real flights, collaborating with firmware and aero teams to ensure reliable autonomy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in robotics, controls or autonomy.
• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Solid grounding in control theory, Kalman filters, or SLAM.
• Bonus: ROS, simulation frameworks.
