Job summary

OLA is seeking an Automobile Technician in Meerut to greet customers, verify service requests, and communicate repair updates. You will diagnose scooters, perform repairs and final inspections, and update reports in the workshop system. Maintain safety, stock, and invoicing at the Experience Centre, while staying current with Ola EV tech and curricula.

You will use CRM and WMS tools to track status, manage warranty parts, and ensure service bays remain organized and compliant with safety norms.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector
• Only male candidates

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
• Communicate repair updates to customers
• Diagnosis
• Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
• Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
• Perform repairs and final inspections based on customer requests
• Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
• Operate workshop management systems and ensure adherence
• Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
• Check scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre

• Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
