Balasore Alloys Limited is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in Odisha to plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for tippers, dumpers, and service vehicles. You will diagnose, overhaul and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems, while managing the workshop with focus on cost controls and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with OEM tippers and dumpers, knowledge of RTO procedures and mine vehicle safety norms, and strong team

Qualifikationen

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• 4+ years in fleet/workshop maintenance, preferably in mining, construction or heavy transport.
• Hands-on experience with tippers and dumpers from leading OEMs.
• Knowledge of RTO procedures and mine vehicle safety norms.
• Strong team handling and planning skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain fleet records, availability reports and maintenance MIS.
