Qualifications

• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with commercial vehicles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to handle maintenance and operational duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical or technical issues.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor service schedules and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanics and external service centres for repairs.
• Maintain records of servicing, repairs, fuel and vehicle expenses.
• Monitor vehicle condition and fitness.
• Handle breakdown-related coordination and arrange timely repairs.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and operational requirements.
• Support transportation activities related to iron, steel and plastic materials.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for material collection and delivery.
• Report major mechanical issues and repair requirements to management.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.

The candidate will coordinate with drivers, mechanics, service centres and management to ensure vehicles remain in good working condition and are available for transportation and material-handling operations.

The role involves vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown coordination, service scheduling, maintenance record management and monitoring vehicle-related expenses. The candidate should have practical knowledge of automobile servicing and basic troubleshooting, along with good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with commercial vehicles will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, mechanics and service centres.
• Willingness to handle both automobile maintenance and operational responsibilities.

Salary: 20,000 -30,000 per month
