Job summary

Thompsons Hr Consulting seeks a skilled Automic scheduling and SAP specialist to ensure high availability and operational stability of the scheduling ecosystem supporting critical supply chain operations.

You will monitor and resolve technical incidents, participate in crisis management, and drive improvements across multi-technology environments. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to ITIL and Agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Automic scheduling tool and SAP in an enterprise setup.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Splunk and scripting basics.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and operational stability of the Automic scheduling tool, including L2/L3 support and incident management
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical and functional incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Support crisis management activities and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Manage and deliver key Automic projects, including upgrades and disaster recovery planning (DRP)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across supply chain domains for issue resolution and process improvements
• Execute and manage batch scheduling and workload automation processes
• Work within a multi-technology environment, leveraging tools such as Automic, SAP, Dynatrace & Splunk, scripting, GitHub
• Follow ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables

• Ensure availability and operational stability of the Automic scheduling tool, including L2/L3 support and incident management
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical and functional incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Support crisis management activities and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues

• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across supply chain domains for issue resolution and process improvements

• Continuously improving system capabilities to support scalability and evolving business needs
• Enabling efficient and synchronized operations across SAP-driven supply chain functions.
