• Manage and deliver key Automic projects, including upgrades and disaster recovery planning (DRP)
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance system performance, reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain domains for issue resolution and process improvements
• Execute and manage batch scheduling and workload automation processes effectively

Roles

the role focuses on managing and optimizing the Supply Batch Plan through advanced scheduling tools. The team is responsible for operating and enhancing Automic (One Automation), which supports critical supply chain processes across the organization.

• Ensure availability and operational stability of the Automic scheduling tool, including L2/L3 support and incident management

Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical and functional incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

• Support crisis management activities and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Manage and deliver key Automic projects, including upgrades and disaster recovery planning (DRP)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across supply chain domains for issue resolution and process improvements
• Execute and manage batch scheduling and workload automation processes effectively
• Work within a multi-technology environment, leveraging tools such as:
• SAP (required) Dynatrace & Splunk (monitoring)
• Scripting (Bash, JCL, etc.)
• GitHub (version control)
• Automic (mandatory)
• Follow ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)

The primary goal of this role is to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the scheduling ecosystem that supports critical supply chain operations.
