Planit Testing India is seeking an experienced Automation Lead with 7+ years of overall experience to lead test automation initiatives across Tosca-based automation, API testing, and QA acceleration. You will collaborate with client, product, and onshore/offshore teams, drive continuous improvement, and mentor others in a global quality engineering setup.

The role requires hands-on Tosca expertise, strong client interaction skills, and capability to work in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Automation engineer with 4+ years in Tosca Web/API/Mobile automation.
• Hands-on experience using qTest.
• Banking domain knowledge related to transfers, cards, loans, and Salesforce CRM.
• GitHub and CI/CD experience.
• Playwright with TypeScript exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Work hands-on with Tosca and TCD for automation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, product teams, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Participate in client discussions, presentations, and technical meetings.
• Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements.
• Perform API and integration testing as part of end-to-end quality engineering.
• Apply SAP test acceleration tools in testing initiatives.
• Contribute to system capacity planning and performance bottleneck analysis.
• Work effectively within an Agile environment.
• Proactively research, gather information, and share best practices.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tosca and TCD, along with proven Team Lead, client interaction, API/integration testing, and test automation framework experience.

• Banking Domain Knowledge on internal banking in Transferring money internally and externally, card payments, loan accounts, and verifying the details in the Salesforce CRM.
• GitHub and CI/CD
• Exposure of Playwright with TypeScript
