Retail Transformation Program - Automation QA Engineer

Join our Retail Transformation program to consolidate our Core Banking Platform, Mobile Application, and Origination System.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop automation test frameworks using TOSCA (Data driven & Hybrid).
2. Build test plans and specifications.
3. Ensure testing standards and comprehensive risk coverage in test case specifications.
4. Apply Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development concepts to test and debug automated solutions.
5. Plan, design, develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot TOSCA-related automation solutions.
6. Automate UI and backend services (API, WebServices) using TOSCA.
7. Execute test automation scripts and publish reports.
8. Maintain traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
9. Document, evaluate, and manage defects through resolution.
10. Assess the impact of new solutions/enhancements and conduct regression testing.
11. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with 3+ years recent experience with TOSCA.
2. Strong experience testing XML SOAP, RESTful APIs.
3. Extensive knowledge of test automation tools and Agile environments.
4. Understanding of Testing Life Cycle processes.
5. Proficiency with Tosca automation framework (TBOX, TCD, APIs, BI).
6. Hands-on experience with test case design, creation, management, and execution.
7. Experience with relational databases, SQL, and XML data models.
8. Experience with TOSCA test suite navigation and automation capabilities.
9. Ability to design generic functions and modify existing frameworks.
10. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and containerization.
11. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and their integration.
12. Good communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. ISTQB Foundation or Agile Tester certification.
2. Certified in TOSCA (AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS1, TDS2).
3. Experience in mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android.
