Job summary

Planit JVP Soft Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Automation Lead with 7+ years of overall experience to head test automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

You will work with Tosca and TCD, coordinate with client teams, and guide onshore/offshore members in API and integration testing. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of advancing automation frameworks in an Agile setting.

• Contribute to system capacity planning and performance bottleneck analysis.
• Work effectively within an Agile environment.
• Proactively research, gather information, and share technical and industry best practices.
