Job summary

MSITEK is seeking a Test Automation Engineer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in automated testing. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium, Protractor, and Cucumber for SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP Marketing (Emarsys) environments.

The candidate will validate configurations, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously enhance automation frameworks while staying current with new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have hands-on automation testing experience with Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and Cucumber.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python and ability to extend automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test scripts for SAP and cloud applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP Marketing (Emarsys).

About the Role:

We are seeking a technically strong and self-motivated Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium, Protractor, Cucumber, and other automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should be a keen learner, enthusiastic about exploring new tools and technologies, and capable of contributing independently from day one with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for enhancing automation frameworks, scripting test cases, and directly engaging with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for SAP and cloud applications.
• Perform endtoend testing across integrated systems including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP Marketing (Emarsys).
• Validate business processes, configurations, and system behaviors against approved functional designs.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Protractor, and Cucumber.
• Enhance existing automation frameworks to meet evolving project needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings for requirements and updates.
• Ensure high-quality test coverage and timely execution.
• Stay updated with emerging test automation tools and technologies.
• Document test strategies, plans, and results effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
