A technology services company is seeking a skilled professional in Hyderabad for a full-time position focusing on automation testing with TOSCA and performance testing using JMeter. The candidate will take responsibility for formulating test strategies, managing test schedules, and executing tests while providing valuable feedback for project quality. Knowledge of Agile concepts and the ability to drive projects for value streams are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience in TOSCA automation.
• Strong technical experience in manual and automation testing projects.
• Able to conduct performance testing and has expertise on JMeter tool.
• Coordinate task allocation and monitor test schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate during project initiation, understanding the requirements, prepare/assist in test estimation, formulate test strategy or Test Plan.
• Task Allocation and Monitoring, Co-ordinate and Manage Test Schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager about the Test environment, Prepare Test Bed, Test Data for execution.
• Conduct reviews and inspections of test deliverables and provide feedback to the team.
• Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test report (DSR/WSR) to be shared with Stakeholders.
• Responsible for creation of Test Automation Framework.
• Responsible for identification, creation and maintenance of Automated test cases using TOSCA.
• Responsible for building Automated Regression Test Suite using TOSCA.
• Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality.
• Implement creative and innovative ways of testing to meet project goals without compromising quality.
• Proactively identifying potential delivery related issues and arriving at mitigation plan.
• Provide Suggestions/feedback in refining testing practices and methodologies.
