Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Pune region seeks an Automation Test Engineer with 2+ years of automation testing experience using Playwright. You will design, develop, and maintain web test scripts for multiple browsers and build reusable frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript. API testing and CI/CD integration experience are required.

The role involves collaborating with developers, analysts, and QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases through Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, including automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation testing.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience in writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Knowledge of locators, assertions, waits, hooks, fixtures, and browser contexts in Playwright.
• Experience with cross-browser testing using Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
• Understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and reusable automation framework design.
• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or Playwright APIRequestContext.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with test reports such as Playwright HTML reports or Allure Reports.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and defect-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Good analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
