Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong Playwright and TypeScript skills to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions.

You will be responsible for end-to-end, integration, and cross-browser testing of web applications. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automated scripts, enhancing frameworks, and performing manual testing where automation is not available.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end, integration, and cross-browser testing of web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Create and execute end-to-end, integration, and cross-browser test cases.
• Enhance and maintain Playwright automation frameworks, including Page Objects, Fixtures, and Reusable Utilities.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing where automation coverage is unavailable.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve flaky tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and test coverage.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and good knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience in End-to-End (E2E) Testing and Cross-Browser Testing.
• Experience with Playwright Automation Framework development.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), Fixtures, Configuration, and Reporting.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and Test Design Techniques.
• Experience in Manual Testing and Exploratory Testing.
