Job summary

Codemind Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. You will design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software through efficient testing practices.

Responsibilities include UI automation with Selenium WebDriver (Java), API automation with Rest Assured and Postman, and contributing to the automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java, and testing frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver (Java).
• Create and manage API automation scripts using Rest Assured and Postman collections.
• Participate in defining and executing the test automation roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless release cycles.
• Analyse requirements and technical specifications to provide timely feedback.
• Write clear, concise, and reusable test cases and scripts.
• Execute, evaluate, and report both manual and automated test results.
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring quick resolution with development teams.
• Stay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
