Job summary

Burgeon It Services in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver. You will create UI automation, functional, regression, and end-to-end tests and build reusable frameworks with Maven and TestNG/JUnit.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, executing tests, logging defects in Jira, cross-browser validation, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Java.

• Experience in API testing using tools such as REST Assured or Postman is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
