Job summary

Luxoft Bengaluru is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive testing strategy for the bank's Financial Markets platform. You will collaborate with product, project and development teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

The role requires 10+ years in software testing and banking domain expertise, with hands-on leadership of automation projects using Java, API testing, SQL, and shell scripting, along with Selenium and Cucumber.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software test design and testing methodologies.
• FM/Banking experience is a must.
• Must have exp. of Leading the Automation Project and work independently.
• Solid knowledge of core JAVA, API Testing, SQL, Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with automated build/testing tools: Selenium, Cucumber, XML, Cypress, Git/ADO Repos, ADO/Confluence, ADO Boards/ADO Test Plan.

Responsibilities

• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function.
• Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Cucumber.
