We are seeking an Automation Technician to support, maintain, and continuously improve the plant’s electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems that power capsule manufacturing operations. In this hands‑on role, you will troubleshoot equipment issues, ensure reliability of automated systems, and collaborate with production, mechanical, and quality teams to keep manufacturing lines running safely, efficiently, and compliantly.
Working at the intersection of machinery, automation, and process control, you will help strengthen equipment performance and contribute to digital and operational excellence within the site.
What you will get:
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and instrumentation issues across capsule manufacturing equipment.
Inspect, test, and calibrate process instruments such as fieldbus devices, flowmeters, sensors, solenoids, and pressure transmitters.
Maintain, repair, and support automated instrumentation systems across the plant.
Work closely with mechanical and electrical technicians to diagnose and resolve equipment‑related problems.
Maintain accurate documentation including electrical schematics, control panel layouts, calibration records, and maintenance procedures.
Support shift operations by providing timely response and resolution for equipment breakdowns and alarms.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols including LOTO, equipment isolation, and safe work practices.
Strong hands‑on of 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting ability in automation, instrumentation, and electrical control systems.
Experience with wiring, communication, and operation of:
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single‑line drawings, and control panel schematics.
Experience working in industrial environments such as Pharma, Automobile, or Textile manufacturing.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams.
Good documentation, reporting, and maintenance record‑keeping skills.
