Job description

Role & responsibilities

• System Design & Deployment: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive physical technology systems, including extensive surveillance networks, Access Control Systems (ACS), and advanced Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with various cross‑functional stakeholder to ensure full alignment and seamless integration of proposed technological solutions.
• Platform Management: Configure, integrate, and manage enterprise monitoring platforms, with a primary focus on Genetec for unified video and access control operations.
• Operations Centre Architecture: Assist in the technical design, build‑out, and continuous improvement of Operations Centre.
• Vendor Management: Monitor and enforce vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that all delivered materials, supplies, and provided services strictly align with contractual standards, maintaining optimal system performance, and availability of all deployed technologies.
• Procurement & Coordination: Coordinate with the P&C team to manage, track, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) related to all ongoing infrastructure project requirements.
• Advanced Analytics: Deploy and fine tune video and data analytics to proactively identify anomalies, streamline incident response, and enhance overall site awareness.
• Infrastructure Integration: Support the integration of high throughput physical infrastructure, such as automated access control gates, biometric authentication systems, and physical barriers (e.g., energized fencing and anti‑climb structures).
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise, updated technical design documents, process diagrams, and ensure all camera and perimeter layouts comply with local compliance and regulatory standards.
