Job Description

We are looking for an Automation Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Python, AWS, enterprise integration platforms, and workload automation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in automation, integration operations, ETL workflows, and cloud technologies, with an interest in Agentic AI and LLM-based automation.

Mandatory Skills

• Python - Scripting and automation development.
• AWS - EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM.
• Hands‑on exposure to at least one integration platform:
• webMethods
• MuleSoft
• DataStage or similar ETL/data integration tools.
• Control-M or similar job scheduling/workload automation tools.
• Interest or hands‑on experience in Agentic AI / LLM‑based automation.
• Build and maintain automation solutions for enterprise integration platforms.
• Support and automate DataStage data pipeline workflows.
• Manage job scheduling, dependencies, SLA monitoring, and failure recovery using Control-M.
• Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive operational activities.
• Deploy and manage automation workloads using AWS services.
• Explore Agentic AI and LLM‑based automation for incident triage and self‑healing workflows.
• Work with SRE, platform engineering, and application teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Support critical automation and platform‑related incidents.

Preferred Skills
