TEKsystems Global Services, LLC in Bengaluru seeks an Automation Specialist to build intelligent automation for a large-scale enterprise integration environment using Python and AWS. You will work across platforms such as webMethods, MuleSoft or IBM Integration, while designing automated workflows, monitoring and operational processes.

You’ll collaborate with SRE, platform engineering and application teams, explore Agentic AI/LLM-based automation, and help reduce manual effort through

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant automation experience in large-scale environments.
• Strong hands-on Python and AWS skills.
• Experience with webMethods, MuleSoft or IBM Integration.
• Linux shell scripting and DevOps exposure; CI/CD and observability welcomed.

• Build & own intelligent automation using Python, AWS and DevOps to streamline integration operations and reduce manual effort.
• Work on a large-scale enterprise integration ecosystem spanning webMethods, MuleSoft/IBM Integration, DataStage and Control-M.
• Gain hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AWS and next-gen automation.

Automation Specialist

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python and AWS.
• Experience with at least one of webMethods, MuleSoft, IBM App Connect/IIB/MQ.
• Linux Shell scripting and DevOps exposure.
• Working knowledge of Control-M, DataStage/ETL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation and observability exposure is a plus.
