About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our client to build and scale a next-generation healthcare data platform. This role involves developing high-quality systems, contributing to architecture, and improving performance and reliability.

Must Have – Technical Competencies

• Strong expertise in Automation platforms such as AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
• Hands‑on experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, Web Services, APIs, Databases, and Enterprise Application Integration
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Design, and Enterprise Automation Implementations
• Strong understanding of AI, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, OCR, and Hyperautomation concepts
• Experience managing large‑scale automation programs and multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to define technical standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies

Must Have – Non-Technical Competencies

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor multiple teams (10–15+ members)
• Strong people management, project planning, and resource allocation skills
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple automation and digital transformation projects simultaneously.
• Design scalable automation, AI, and integration solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Manage multiple technical teams and ensure successful project execution, quality, and timely delivery.
• Drive solution architecture, technical reviews, design approvals, and implementation governance.
• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define automation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, security practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor project health, resource utilization, risks, and escalations across multiple engagements.
• Provide technical leadership during requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution audits to ensure delivery excellence.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, proposal creation, and customer presentations.
• Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Developers, fostering technical growth and leadership capabilities within teams.
• Drive innovation initiatives leveraging RPA, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc., BCA, B.Sc.).
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to Automation, AI, and Enterprise Application Development.
• Proven experience leading multiple technical teams and managing enterprise‑scale automation programs.

Good to Have

• Certifications in AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cloud Technologies, or AI Platforms
• Experience working with BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Conversational AI implementations
