The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to draft holistic proposals and presenting the solution to customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Conversational AI, Gen AI, DEX tools, AIOps, and integration architectures, with strong presentation skills to articulate

• Deep understanding of DEX tools and AIOps solutions.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI framework and platform.
• Understanding of LLM, RAG and related integration patterns.

• Deep understanding of LLM, RAG and integration architecture

Good Communication and Presentation Skills

Responsibility

1- Solution Architect to draft robust automation solution for the customer to understand the pain area and problem statement shared by the customer.

2- Work with multiple stakeholders to draft the holistic proposal

3- Present and defend the solution to customer stakeholders

4- Excellent presentation skills & ability to articulate automation solutions & technical topics in IT Operation Automation area understood by various levels of customer
