Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring an Automation Solution Analyst to drive digital transformation by identifying and implementing automation across the organization. You will leverage RPA, AI, GenAI and Agentic Automation to deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IT experience with automation focus.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in process assessment, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of BPA, RPA, AI, GenAI, or Agentic Automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global setting.

As an Automation Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in driving Siemens Energy’s digital transformation by identifying, assessing, and implementing automation opportunities across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners, you will analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and accelerate the adoption of technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic Automation.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping business leaders optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through innovative automation solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and technology standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification such as MCA.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Digital Transformation, Automation, or related domains.
• Experience in process assessment, business requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process optimization methodologies.
• Exposure to Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), or Agentic Automation.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
