Automation QA Engineer (TestComplete & Python)

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete automation tool.
• Proficiency in Python programming for test automation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience working with version control and source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and continuous testing practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Capital Markets or Financial Services domain is an added advantage.
• Understanding of trading, investment, or financial systems will be beneficial.
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to enterprise DevOps practices using Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
