Job summary

Salute is seeking an experienced ADP developer to own the ADP platform, handling both configuration and development work as the company expands. You will work closely with HR and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering ADP-related projects.

The role requires hands-on ADP development experience beyond basic administration, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and HR data management within the Salute Hub environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically, not just general HRIS familiarity.
• Direct ADP development experience, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.
