Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman / Architectural Draftsman to support our architectural, real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

Develop plans, elevations, sections, layouts, details and working drawings.

Prepare and revise statutory approval and authority submission drawings.

Incorporate architect, consultant, authority and site comments.

Maintain CAD standards, layers, dimensions, title blocks and plotting settings.

Manage drawing files, revisions, approval sets and documentation.

Support site teams with revisions, enlarged details and as-built drawings.

Candidate Profile:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with good speed and accuracy.

Experience in residential, villas, apartments, commercial or real estate projects.

Good understanding of architectural drawings and basic structural/MEP drawings.

Strong attention to detail and disciplined file/revision management.

Good communication and coordination skills.
