Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, drafting, or related field.
• Strong skills in technical drawing for construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Attention to detail and organization for managing multiple drawings.
• Experience in shop drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Autocad Drafter will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and documentation to support architectural and engineering projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves creating and revising CAD drawings, layouts, and detailed plans according to project specifications, standards, and codes. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design concepts, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and ensuring all drawings are accurate, up to date, and properly organized. The Autocad Drafter will also assist in maintaining drawing libraries, supporting shop drawing and construction documentation, and contributing to project timelines by delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for construction and design documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Shop Drawings for fabrication, installation, and construction detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and a foundational understanding of Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, with the ability to produce detailed 2D drawings; 3D modeling skills are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, drafting, or a related technical field.
• Attention to detail, ability to interpret project specifications, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple drawings.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role in architectural, civil, or construction projects is preferred.
