•Worked under an Architect for at least 3- 4 years - KDMC-approved Residential Properties is a must.

•Development of Civil Elevation, Plan & Section Modelling

•Creating technical working drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.

•Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.

•Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUP, Lumion and other computer-aided design software programs.

•Municipal drawing, working drawing and MEP drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.

•Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.

•Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

•Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) as needed.

•Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.

•Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

•Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects.

•Carry out technical and feasibility studies.

•Handling drawings of Commercial and Residential Projects

•Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications.

•Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems.

•Monitor the progress of projects.

Requirements And Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3-4 years of experience in architectural drafting

•4+ years of experience with AutoCAD
