Job description

As AutoCAD Drafter & Ops Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Project Team to successfully deliver projects and providing high standard system drawings for customers and projects. The AutoCAD Drafter & Ops Assistant responsibilities will include drafting design documents (including systems design, security equipment installation, position diagrams, schematic drawings, and elevation drawings), drafting project weekly reports, preparing project kick off packages, and managing project handover documents, among other project support documents. You will also assist the sales team with quotations, documentation management, and coordination. As part of the team, you will be working with other team members to achieve over-all company objectives and work together to ensure customers have the best possible experience and highest quality of services.

Responsibilities

• Preparing AutoCAD, BIM, and Bluebeam drawings.
• Assist sales team to prepare security system design, equipment list, drawing, quotation, proposal, tender related documents, sales operations and processing orders.
• Assist sales and project team with client reports, project reports and other project and communications related documents.
• Support project and service related tasks including equipment delivery tracking, project tracking, service ticket tracking and other operation related tasks.
• Provide other internal support where necessary.

Requirements

• Required proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & BIM (Building Information Modelling) software.
• Polytech, bachelor’s degree or above in IT/computer science / engineering /mechanical /architecture or other related field
• Experience in security engineering, computer science preferred.
• Good communication and comprehensive ability.
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
• Strong coordination skills and detail oriented.
