Job summary

PAREKH is seeking an AutoCAD Drafting Specialist with strong 2D expertise to support commercial, office, retail and storage projects. You will create detailed layouts, area calculations and design documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include 2D/3D drawings, GA/working/ASA docs, space planning and branding-related layouts, with revisions managed per project standards. Experience in warehouses or cold-storage layouts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting for commercial, office, retail and warehouse layouts.
• Able to coordinate MEP, fire protection, CCTV, electrical and utility layouts into master drawings.
• Ensure accuracy by verifying dimensions, scales and levels before submission.
• Experience with space planning and area calculations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D floor plans, space layouts, furniture and partition layouts, and ceiling plans.
• Produce GA drawings, working drawings, ASA drawings and other construction-ready docs.
• Coordinate multiple trades into cohesive master drawings.
• Verify drawing accuracy and maintain revisions and project records.
• Provide clarifications and support to internal teams and implement design changes on schedule.
• Assist with wall graphics, signage layouts and branding elements.
• Extend drafting support to warehouse and industrial layouts when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafting Specialist with strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D to support commercial, office, retail, and other built-environment projects, along with warehouse and cold-storage projects where required. The role involves preparing detailed layouts, drawings, area calculations, design documentation, and coordinating with internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and basic 3D drawings floor plans, space layouts, furniture and partition layouts, and ceiling plans based on functional, operational, and space-planning requirements.
• Prepare GA drawings, working drawings, ASA drawings, and other construction-ready technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP, fire protection, CCTV, security, electrical, and utility layouts into master drawings.
• Verify dimensions, scales, levels, and overall drawing accuracy before submission.
• Prepare area statements and space-utilization calculations for commercial and office projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings and renderings wherever required.
• Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and project records per project requirements.
• Provide drawing-related clarifications and technical support to Project, Procurement, and other internal teams, coordinating design changes within agreed timelines.
• Follow company design standards, drawing formats, and CAD documentation procedures.
• Assist with wall graphics, signage layouts, and other branding/commercial design elements.
• Extend drafting support to warehouse, industrial, and cold-storage layouts as part of broader project assignments.
