Job summary

Zettamine Labs is seeking an experienced Auth0 CIAM Operations Engineer to manage and optimize customer identity solutions. You will handle tenants, configurations, user lifecycles, and integrations with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Auth0 experience, strong DevOps collaboration, and participation in 24x7 support. You\u2019ll work with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ServiceNow ITIL processes to ensure reliable identity services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Auth0 CIAM platform expertise.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML protocols.
• Experience in authentication flow integration and modification.
• Hands-on with Auth0 Actions, token customization, and claims mapping.
• Experience with adaptive and passwordless authentication and MFA.
• Experience integrating SMS/OTP providers (e.g., Twilio).
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) experience.
• Knowledge of GCP and Node.js ecosystem.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Python scripting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Auth0 tenants, configurations, and environments.
• Handle user lifecycle, access management, and tenant administration.

• Troubleshoot login issues, token failures, and federation errors.
• Develop and maintain Auth0 Actions and custom authentication logic.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Manage incidents (P1/P2), perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
• Work with ServiceNow for ticketing and ITIL processes.
• Monitor logs, alerts, and system performance using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
• Participate in 24x7 support rotation.

Hands-on Auth0 CIAM professional with 5+ years of experience, responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing customer identity solutions built on Auth0. The role requires a strong focus on troubleshooting, operations, and DevOps integration.
