Job summary

ThoughtFocus in India seeks an IAM specialist with 6+ years in identity security and 3-5+ years hands-on Auth0 (CIAM) deployments to support enterprise clients.

You will debug production auth/token issues under pressure and contribute to secure authentication patterns, MFA, and SSO across customer ecosystems.

Familiarity with BFSI client-facing engagements and API security concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

BFSI client-facing implementation experience preferred.

Core Technical Expertise:

Auth0 (Customer Identity / CIAM)

FAPI 2.0 standard familiarity

MFA, PKCE, token/session lifecycle, secure client patterns

Identity federation and SSO as applied to CIAM

API security fundamentals related to customer authentication

Preferred Certifications

Auth0 / Okta-related identity certifications (as applicable); cloud identity adjacency (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD B2C) a plus
