Qualifications

• Hands-on Auth0 CIAM experience required.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML.
• Experience with authentication flow customization and integrations.
• Experience with Auth0 Actions, token customization, and claims mapping.

Responsibilities

• Manage Auth0 tenants, configurations, and environments
• Handle user lifecycle, access management, and tenant administration
• Perform integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML
• Troubleshoot login issues, token failures, and federation errors
• Develop and maintain Auth0 Actions and custom authentication logic
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Manage incidents (P1/P2), root cause analysis, and resolutions
• Work with ServiceNow for ticketing and ITIL processes
• Monitor logs, alerts, and performance with tools like Spyglass
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
• Participate in 24x7 support rotation

Hands‑on Auth0 CIAM professional with 5+ years of experience, responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing customer identity solutions built on Auth0. The role requires a strong focus on troubleshooting, operations, and DevOps integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Auth0 tenants, configurations, and environments
• Handle user lifecycle, access management, and tenant administration
• Perform integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and SAML
• Troubleshoot login issues, token failures, and federation errors
• Develop and maintain Auth0 Actions and custom authentication logic
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions

• Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and ITIL processes

• Hands‑on experience with Auth0 Actions, token customization, and claims mapping
• Experience implementing adaptive authentication, passwordless authentication, and MFA
• Experience integrating SMS/OTP providers (e.g., Twilio)
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) experience
• Knowledge of GCP and Node.js ecosystem
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Python scripting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and ITIL processes
