Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom actions to meet business requirements.
• Onboard applications to the Auth0 platform.
• Maintain and enhance the Auth0 platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to integrate CIAM solutions.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CIAM processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CIAM and related technologies.
• Develop custom integrations using Auth0 SDKs (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Implement Universal Login, ACUL, custom rules/hooks, and API access.
• Develop actions customized for different application requirements.
• Support app teams with integration code and troubleshooting.
• Configure applications in Auth0 (connections, callbacks, scopes).
• Set up SAML, OIDC, OAuth2 clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of CIAM and SSO platforms and technologies.
• 2 years of Auth0 development experience, proficient in custom actions/hooks development, Universal Login implementation.
• Experience with Modern Authentication Protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO.
• Strong experience in API Integration & Automation.
• Development Skills Across Application Types in web applications, mobile apps, and API‑driven services.
• Experience with federation authentication preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
