Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Audio Visual Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Audio Visual Manager will oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV and home automation systems for residential and commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include planning project requirements, supervising technical teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that audio, video, security, and control systems perform optimally. The role involves diagnosing issues, managing troubleshooting activities, and maintaining documentation for installations and service calls. The Audio Visual Manager will also collaborate with sales and support teams, provide technical guidance, and help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and home automation solutions, including system design and integration.
• Experience with Digital Signage technologies and content deployment across multiple displays.
• Hands-on skills in Troubleshooting AV and network-related issues, with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Ability to manage Video Conferencing solutions, including setup, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with clear communication and client-focused problem solving.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and using AV tools and test equipment.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience in AV, IT, or related technical fields is preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, electrical, IT, or audiovisual technology; industry certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site at client locations, with attention to safety, organization, and time management.
