Job summary

Crown HR Services seeks a QA/QC leader to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and monitor overall product quality across incoming, in-process, and final stages. You will drive corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement through structured RCA methods.

Lead the QA/QC team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure calibration of measurement tools while addressing customer complaints and NCR/CAPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Manage QMS and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
• Handle customer complaints, NCR, CAPA, and 8D.
• Conduct internal and customer/certification audits.
