Job summary

Rain Industries Limited in Hyderabad seeks a shift supervisor for cement plant operations, overseeing kiln and mill activities to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime. The role focuses on reducing fuel consumption and preparing daily production reports.

The candidate will coordinate with service departments, escalate issues to section incharges/HODs, and manage breakdown and shutdown tasks related to Kiln and preheater refractory works, ensuring steady plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Smooth operation, avoid idle running of equipment.
• Reduce fuel consumption of Kiln and Mills.
• Minimize equipment downtime and coordinate with service departments.
• Inform problems in the shift to section incharges/HODs.
• Attend breakdown and shutdown jobs (Kiln and preheater refractory works).
• Prepare daily production report.
