RELIANCE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIMITED seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and contracting for Foods categories (Biscuits, Chocolates, Confectionery, etc.) in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will manage vendor relations, drive sourcing strategy, and oversee SAP-based procurement processes including PR, PO, GRN, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in FMCG procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Procurement).
• Minimum 10 years in procurement/manufacturing FMCG sector.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement/ contracting activities for Foods Categories (Biscuits, Chocolates, Confec. etc.) in our fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in vendor management, negotiation, contract management, sourcing strategy, and procurement operations, with hands‑on experience in SAP and MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and onboard alternate sources and suppliers to mitigate risks.
• Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness).
• Negotiation & Cost Management:
• Lead commercial negotiations to optimize procurement costs.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service levels.
• Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, risk mitigation clauses, and adherence to company policies.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends, commodity price fluctuations, and supply‑demand dynamics
• Provide insights to internal stakeholders for decision‑making.
• Process Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using SAP.
• Technology & Tools:
• Efficiently use SAP (MM module) for procurement processes including PR, PO, GRN, and invoicing.
• Generate reports and analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Agriculture, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in procurement/ manufacturing FMCG sector.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP (MM module) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of contract management and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
