Job summary

Kcat Enzymatic in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor company projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• 510 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, R&D, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Good understanding of project documentation and quality systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and potential issues and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain proper meeting records.
• Prepare project status reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, services, and other project requirements.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained as per company and ISO requirements.
• Monitor project quality and ensure activities are carried out according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Track project costs and coordinate with Finance/Procurement for budget and payment-related activities.
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure project closure, documentation, final reports, and lessons learned are completed.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
