Job summary

SupportFinity™ seeks a site civil engineer to plan and supervise open works for the Pumped Storage Project in Nashik District. You will oversee earthwork, embankments, drainage, and foundations, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements, and project timelines.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and equipment teams, prepare work plans, and monitor QA/QC and HSE adherence across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete structures, and open excavation works.
• Familiarity with PSP / hydro / irrigation project construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge beneficial).
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify work quality per IS codes and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with PSP HSE guidelines.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and work measurement sheets.
• Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and internal departments for inspections and approvals.
