Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Asst. Manager AHU Design Development in Gurugram, India. The role involves designing AHUs from scratch, selecting key components, preparing BOMs, fabrication drawings and panel layouts.

You will perform heat transfer calculations and simulations while ensuring compliance with Eurovent and AHRI standards. You will engage with customers and internal teams to address technical discussions, changes, and production/site issues, maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of design/R&D experience in AHU/FCU/CRAH.
• Good knowledge of Eurovent and AHRI standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD and AHU selection tools.
• Understanding DFMEA/SFMEA and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design AHU from scratch including BOM, fabrication drawings and panel layout.
• Perform HVAC system design, simulations and heat transfer calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Eurovent/AHRI standards and certification.
• Conduct AHU testing and qualification; participate in factory witness tests.
