Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Assistant Facility Manager - Tech for on-site operations in Chennai. You will support the Group Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope, maintenance schedules, and energy conservation initiatives at a high-standard facility.

The role requires 6–8 years in facility/IT engineering, strong MS Office skills, and leadership to drive uptime and compliance across electrical, HVAC, water systems, and safety processes.

Qualifications

• BE/BTECH/Diploma with minimum 6 years in facility management or IT facilities
• Experience in preventive maintenance and energy management programs
• Strong coordination with Chief Engineer and vendors

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAPEX & OPEX inputs with Chief Engineering
• Manage M&E contracts and maintenance schedules
• Liaise with authorities for compliance and safety
• Ensure uptime and SLA/KPI delivery for facilities
• Prepare reports and keep records of maintenance activities
• Support budget planning and vendor performance reviews
