Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Pune, MH, is seeking a Facility Executive - Technical to oversee M&E installations and civil maintenance within our IFM Facility Management team.

The role supports the Assistant Manager Engineering, manages preventive maintenance, prepares spares inventories, and ensures service quality while coordinating with contractors and in-house teams to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs Experience in IFM services.
• Daily reporting on M&E to supervisor.
• Inventory and purchasing of spares and consumables.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations & civil maintenance.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for M&E installations.
• Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.
• Ensure contractors follow house rules and projects are handled with minimal client disruption.
