KLAY Preschool and Daycare in Pune is seeking a Centre Operations Manager to oversee daily centre operations, drive admissions, and lead a team of staff. You will be the single point of contact for parents and caregivers, ensuring high service standards and smooth centre performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in similar settings or retail/customer service backgrounds, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years managing a similar setup (ideal) or 5-10 years in retail / customer service / client servicing background.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team
• Responsible for conversions and admissions
• Single point of contact for parents and team
• Mentor and coach the team
• Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre

Education

Bachelor's / Master’s degree / Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions


• Self driven and attention to detail


• High sense of ownership and responsibility.


• Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player


• Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education
